The posting results of the JAE application are tentatively scheduled for release on 19 Feb 2008.

Applicants are posted to courses based first on the applicants’ merit and second, in the order of the applicants’ choice of courses.

The posting results of the JAE 2008 is accessible via the following modes:

a. Form D (Notification of Posting Results) will be sent to all applicants by mail;
b. JAE IVRS (Interactive Voice Response System) at telephone number 6691-2131;
c. JAE-IS;
d. Short Messaging System (SMS) via applicant's mobile number (if available).

Please take note that all JAE applications fees incurred will be collected from the applicants by the institutions (i.e. JC, MI, Polytechnic or ITE) that the applicant is enrolled in. You do NOT need to make payment now.

PAE

This year, students will be able to receive the posting results of their JAE application through an additional channel, via SMS text messaging. Students must provide a local mobile phone number during registration through the JAE Internet System (JAE-IS) to receive the SMS.

The JAE registration period is for 5 calendar days (including Sunday), starting from 3:00 pm on Thursday, 24 January 2008 until 4:00 pm on Monday, 28 January 2008.
For students with 2007 GCE 'O' Level Examination results:
You need the following before registering online:
Form A
JAE PIN (found in your Form A)
Completed course application worksheet (found in your Form A).

Alternatively, you may register personally at the Customer Service Centre, Ministry of Education (MOE-CSC) during the JAE 2008 registration period. Applicants are required to bring along their original identity card, GCE 'O' Level Examination certificate/results slip and Secondary School report book.

Important Notes For All Online Applicants:

1. If you have completed your Worksheet and logon successfully to JAE Internet System (JAE-IS), you should be able to complete your registration within 15 minutes.

2. Your online registration is successfully submitted only when you receive the Verification Slip on the screen with the following message at the top of the screen:

Your JAE 2008 registration has been submitted successfully.
This is a copy of the choices you have submitted. Please print a copy for future reference.

3. To ensure other applicants can enjoy speedy and smooth access to JAE-IS, the system will logoff automatically if there is no activity for 10 minutes continuously.

4. Please click here to register using JAE PIN.

Release of 2007 GCE O-Level Examination Results

The results of the 2007 Singapore-Cambridge General Certificate of Education Ordinary Level (GCE O-Level) Examination will be released on Thursday, 24 January 2008. School candidates may collect their results from their schools at 2:00 pm on 24 January 2008.

The JAE registration period is for 5 calendar days (including Sunday), starting from 3:00 pm on Thursday, 24 January 2008 until 4:00 pm on Monday, 28 January 2008. For more information on the JAE, applicants can refer to:
a. JAE Website at http://www.moe.gov.sg/esp/schadm/jae; or
